Terms of Service

Welcome to DoMore! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoMore! mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using DoMore!

DoMore! is a family chore and reward app that lets parents assign tasks and rewards and lets children complete tasks to earn stars. The Service is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.

2. Accounts & parental responsibility

A parent creates the family account and is responsible for all activity within it, including any child profiles they add. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and supervise your children's use of the app. Parents maintain full control over tasks, rewards and profiles at all times.

3. Subscriptions & billing

DoMore! offers monthly, annual and lifetime plans. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Reverse engineer, disrupt or interfere with the app or its infrastructure
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information we collect and how we protect your family's data. We never sell your personal information.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, mascots and logos, is owned by DoMore! and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for your family's personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoMore! is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect improvements to the Service or changes in the law. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
